The final wishes section is divided into four sections

Pre Ceremony

Here you need to detail exactly what your requirements are for your remains before the funeral ceremony. You may want to consider recording details such as the name and address of the particular funeral director you would like to attend to your final requests. Which items of clothing you wish to have your remains dressed in. The type of coffin/casket you would like. EG. Oak, Beech etc. Whether you would like your remains to be viewed, if so perhaps consider naming who should have this privilege.

Ceremony

This is where you detail exactly how you would like your funeral ceremony to be conducted. You might like to include the name and address of a particular venue, along with the name and contact details of the representative you would like to conduct the ceremony.

You may also want to request certain types of music to be played at certain times during the ceremony. If you would like certain friends to carry out particular acts you should record their names and the details of their specific roles for the ceremony here.

Post Ceremony

In this section you can record how you would like your remains to be disposed of. Eg. Burial, cremation If you have a particular resting place in mind you should record the address here. This is the place to record a theme or mood your next of kin, colleagues and friends should adopt, for events after the main ceremony. Eg. Party, celebration of life.

Future

This is where you detail if/how you would like your next of kin, colleagues and friends to remember you. Eg. An annual remembrance service.
