Electronic notifications are electronic messages sent to friends and family on your passing.
To add a contact and message, simply click on the Add tab along the top, then enter the details as follows :-

Choose how you would like this person to be contacted. Eg. email, sms.
Please always double check the contact details. Eg. If you want your contact notified by email please insert a valid email address.
You will also need to state if the contact is your next of kin. If not please state if this contact should be identified to your next of kin as having been notified.
You will also need to insert the message you would like to be transmitted to your contact on your passing or choose the standard message option.
Click the update button, and you will be returned to your list of contacts, where you can then amend a notification (highlight the contact name, and click the amend tab), or add an additional notification by clicking the add tab.
Finally, remember to click the Save button to store all your changes permanently.


You should regularly log in to your account to check and update your electronic notification details.

On notification of your passing the Purple Alert Team will notify the contacts you have listed on this page in the manner you have chosen.
